The Membership Committee provides membership and renewal services and develops ways to increase our membership through special events, communications, and outreach.
Are you a social media maven? Great at press releases? Like to write newsletter articles or blogs? Or just want to learn more about communications and marketing? We need your help! This committee promotes the Caucus and our events online and in print.
The Fundraising Committee raises money for the Caucus Campaign Fund to support our endorsed women candidates. The committee writes and sends fundraising letters and emails, and organizes the annual Candidates Reception.
The Education and Training Committee develops strategies and programs for to develop women leaders and future candidates, as well training current candidates to run winning campaigns! This committee organizes our Smart Women Salon Series: A Guide to Political Leadership, and organizes annual campaign trainings for women candidates.
Help us identify and endorse great women candidates across the state! This committee considers upcoming races in the state, develops endorsement criteria and policy, contacts candidates with questionnaires and to arrange for interviews, and makes recommendations to the state board on endorsements and PAC fund distributions. Local Endorsement Action Committees (currently) in King, Pierce, Clark, Snohomish, and Thurston Counties report to the State Committee.
