Our Mission
The NWPC is a multi-partisan grassroots membership organization dedicated to increasing the number of women in elected and appointed office at all levels of government. Our mission is to identify, mentor, educate and support women leaders in our community who demonstrate a commitment to Reproductive Freedom and Women's Economic and Social Equality.

We believe that when more women are at the table where decisions are being made, it fundamentally shifts the agenda resulting in more women and family-friendly policy. We're proud to be the only state in the country with two women U.S. Senators and a woman Governor, but our legislature has dropped from a nation-leading high of over 40% women, to today's 31%. Join the Caucus and help us increase the number of women in our state legislature from 30% to 50%!
